HPCL Junior Executive Officer Recruitment 2025: Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have completed 3 years full time regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from an institute recognized by All India Council for Technical Education for HPCL recruitment 2025.
- Candidates who belong to Unreserved, OBC or Economically Weaker Section must have secured 60% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination, for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Person with Benchmark Disability the minimum requirement is 50% marks in aggregate.

HPCL Jobs 2025: Selection Process
The computer based test will have objective type questions and will have two parts. General Aptitude which includes English Language, Quantitative Aptitude Test and Intellectual Ability Test (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation). Technical/Professional Knowledge which will include questions related to the required qualification degree/academic background for the post applied for.
HPCL Recruitment 2025: Age Limit
Candidates applying for these posts should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 25 years of age, the upper age relaxation is 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates and 5 years for SC and ST candidates. Additionally, there is an additional relaxation of 10 years in the upper age for persons with benchmark disability.

The candidates selected for the posts of Junior Executive in Hindustan Petroleum will be given salary up to Rs 30000-120000 per month.
