A passenger plane crash reported in Aktau city of Kazakhstan on Wednesday. The Azerbaijan airlines plane caught fire in the air when it was coming from the air to the ground. In this horrific accident, 40 out of 72 people on board the plane are said to have died. At the same time, 32 people have been rescued alive in injured condition. Based on the video and pictures of the time of the plane crash, it is being claimed that if the pilot had not shown bravery and understanding, the death toll could have been higher. It could also have happened that all the people on board the plane would have lost their lives in this accident.
RT India has shared a video of the personnel engaged in rescue work after the accident and wrote, ‘Footage of rescue teams reaching the plane crash site in Kazakhstan shows that while struggling with rapidly failing equipment, the pilot somehow dumped the fuel to prevent a major explosion. The pilot somehow managed to remove the fuel from the plane just before landing, which averted a major explosion in the fuel tank of the plane. His brave act saved the lives of about half of the people on board, i.e. 32 people.

The Plane Was Heading To Russia
The pilot who saved many lives by deciding to remove the fuel to avert the explosion in the plane could not survive in this accident. According to the Russian news agency, both the pilots have died in the accident. The Azerbaijan Airlines flight number J2-8243, which was the victim of the accident, was going from Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, to Grozny in Russia on Wednesday. There were five crew members in the plane along with 67 passengers. The plane caught fire over the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Most of the people on board the plane were from Azerbaijan. People from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan were also on board the plane.
Reasons Of The Plane Crash
The reason of the plane crash is not yet known. According to the report, the plane was diverted due to dense fog. In some footage before the accident, the plane was seen coming down rapidly and as soon as an attempt was made to land the plane, it turned into a ball of fire. 32 people narrowly escaped in this horrific accident.
